Practice Policies
Financial Policy
We request that patients pay their accounts by the time services are performed unless a prior financial arrangement has been made. Accounts will only be issued by prior arrangement with the dentist.
Cancellation Policy
Patient appointments are generally reserved in 1 hour time blocks depending on the dental treatment delivered. For this reason, providing a minimum of 1 business day notice is essential if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment as otherwise a holding deposit will be required to secure future appointments. Sufficient notice allows us to reallocate the time to another patient requiring our care.
